MINIMUM PURCHASE: Botox treatment requires a minimum purchase of 20 units. We do not perform treatments for less than 20 units of Botox. In addition, a $2 per unit surcharge will apply for Botox treatments that are requested to be performed by a doctor.
CONSULTATION FEE: All Injectable Treatments are Subject to a $25 Advanced Consultation Fee. A $25 fee will be charged for consultations with a Doctor or Advanced Practitioner that require an in-depth medical evaluation or a customized plan of care. If you decide to move forward with your treatment, then the $25 fee will be credited toward your balance.
